This is me outside ilve on a recent trip to Venice, We exchanged information and I was given a guided tour of the Factory. Shown all the future fantastic products for the next generation of ilve cookers. It was good to see the latest manufacturing technology and how traditional skills are still used in the assembly and finishing of these hand built cookers. Its no wonder when you buy a ilve they last a life time of domestic use. My thanks to Jason Harris and Kitchen Ex for the fantastic experience.
