This is an amazing company, run by knowledgable, friendly people who are passionate about their field and who won’t stop until the problem is fixed. I had excellent advise right from the beginning; Great customer service and though I had a persistant problem with a couple of different elements, the engineer made visits until it was fixed. I highly recommend this company and long may it last!
Never gave up! Cooker hood failed and the team took 3 attempts to repair it, not willing to give up the job. Fully repaired to a very good standard. Excellent communication throughout. Harpal did a great job all round. Thanks so much,

Our new Ilve range had a rattling fan. The sales outlet gave me the number for Ilve warranty repairs and a call there resulted in Harpal coming out to fix it. He was excellent: very careful with moving the range out in our new kitchen, fixed the problem and then gave us some really helpful tips on how to use all the features. Delighted with every aspect of the service from MRCR.
