Darrell has over 40 years, experience repairing cookers. Having manufacturer training in Italy at Ilve and Bertazzoni, Darrell has a wealth of knowledge. He answers technical questions to our engineers, customers, installers, and retailers. Darrell keeps in touch with our two manufacturers and helps with updates and improvements in an advisory capacity to the manufacturers.

Mike is Britannia/Ilve, Bertazzoni manufacturer trained also is efficient and highly skilled in Rangemaster Cookers. Having trained along with Darrell in Italy, Mike problems solves, trains and manages the engineers across the UK.

Sue, alongside Darrell is experienced regarding repairs and spare parts and can answers questions and enqires for the administration. Sue manages the buisness and keeps us all in line with the high standards our customers expect.

Chris has vast experience working previously with Britannia Living. He has had manufacturer approved training with us on Ilve and Bertazzoni. Updating on all our latest products.

Mark is based in Liverpool, he has been given full training on Ilve and Bertazzoni appliances and has been a pleasure to train. He already has vast experience on Rangemaster. Paul has multiple years of experience in the Gas Safe and Domestic Appliance Industry, with up-to-date product knowledge on Rangemaster. We have given him manufacturer approved training, on Ilve, Bertazzoni and Britannia cookers.
