I had excellent advise right from the beginning; Great customer service and though I had a persistant problem with a couple of different elements, the engineer made visits until it was fixed. Our new Ilve range had a rattling fan. The sales outlet gave me the number for Ilve warranty repairs and a call there resulted in Harpal coming out to fix it. He was excellent: very careful with moving the range out in our new kitchen, fixed the problem and then gave us some really helpful tips on how to use all the features. Delighted with every aspect of the service from MRCR.

I contacted your sales team at lunchtime today regarding a diffuser cover for an old Britannia cooker hood. The call was taken by Vanessa and instantly she was helpful and informative and advised that I forward photos to identify the part required. She called back later to advise the part was unavailable and probably ceased manufacture. However, she offered to keep my details on file in case anything changed. At 5pm things did change as she managed to locate the part in one of your engineers vans and has arranged for it to be posted directly onto me. Vanessa was an absolute star and did everything possible to secure the part needed in record time whilst keeping me fully informed. She is a credit to your company and a wonderful ambassador.

I’ve been an executive chef in some of the best restaurants and hotels around the world – but mainly in London. I chose my Bertazzoni 1200 Professional gas oven over 8 years ago after searching the best product. It’s by far the best oven I have ever used in a domestic setting – easy to clean, great looking, strongly built parts and the ovens have top of the range technology. It’s the Ferrari of a range cooker which is more unique as the paint work is done by the same company that paint the Ferrari cars. They also have a superb service department (I changed my seals) even though they have one of the lowest repairs % of any oven in the UK.
Cooking with my Bertazzoni stove is never a chore but always a pleasure – it’s the best in the price range by far and I have no negatives.

We’ve had our Britannia range cooker for 15 years. It had it’s first service today. Worn out parts were replaced and chipped dial facia was replaced. I was shown how to use different functions of main oven which I was unaware of until today. It feels like a new cooker. Efficient, knowledgeable and thorough job. Would highly recommend.

Adam did a great job on our 17 year old Britannia Dynasty cooker, I’ve spent the last year looking to replace it but today’s Britannia cookers just don’t seem to be of the same quality so I decided to invest in refurbishing the old one. I’m so glad I did! Thanks to Adam I now understand my cooker better than I ever have and it looks good as new.

The service from the company was great right from calling Sue for scheduling the service to Darrell carrying out the service. Darrell was very knowledgeable about our Bertazzonni, and carried out the service carefully and thoroughly. His passion, neatness and proffessionalism for his work were very reassuring. He moved our oven out with skill and carefulness, something other so called official agents had said would take dismantling ! Darrell was also very informative and showed us functions we didn’t even know our oven could do ! I will definitely use Midland Range Cooker repair again and gladly recommend Darrel’s work.

Great company – rang as one of the doors on my Britannia range cooker had broken. They were very helpful. Repaired the door and serviced the cooker – it now looks amazing. Very pleased. I wish all my attempts to repair things in the home went as smoothly as this. If only Darrell had serviced my 8 year old Britannia range years ago it would have enabled me to use all the functions properly and not to have had any ‘mistakes’. He was thorough, courteous and informative. He replaced a number of faulty parts and reduced both oven temperatures to their correct and accurate levels. He not only fixed the range but also offered cooking ideas and recipe tips Darrell is a gem.

First Sue and then Darrell. What a very lovely and professional team. I first used Darrell when he was part of the Britannia team. He was pretty damned good then. He just got better and better. Darrell quickly solved why our Britannia oven was tripping the electric fuse box. The service from start to finish was excellent. He clearly knows his job which comes across in his professional approach and the quality of the workmanship. His attention to detail was very clear; as he even pointed out we had two holes in the base of the oven. These where immediately repaired and we were advised not to place any items directly on the base of the oven, as this was the likely cause of the problem. He is a very tidy worker, who clearly has a passion for cooking. He willing shared his knowledge so that we now understand the different oven settings and are looking forward to cooking that Michelin starred meal!

We had more or less decided to write off our Britannia cooker after mice seriously damaged the internal wiring. We couldn’t find anyone who could repair it and couldn’t agree on what we should buy to replace it. Then miraculously we heard about Darrell. He came – he saw – he conquered! It is now very nearly like new, everything works, we have been saved a great deal of money and domestic harmony has been restored. Many thanks!

Feeling very happy. After thinking my 11 year old range was about to go to cooker heaven a very nice man from Midland range came round, after 2 oven elements, several switches, new wiring, igniter button and timer button being fixed some reconditioned parts being changed over – it is like I have a new range.
